July 12–17, 2017 • Covington, Kentucky

Welcome to the 60th Stein Collectors International Convention!

We are delighted to welcome stein collectors, enthusiasts, historians, and friends from around the world to Covington, Kentucky, located just across the Ohio River from Cincinnati, Ohio.

For six decades, Stein Collectors International has brought together people who share a passion for the history, craftsmanship, artistry, and traditions represented by German and European drinking vessels. The 60th Convention is a special milestone—a celebration not only of our organization and its rich history, but also of the friendships and collecting traditions that have continued from one generation to the next.

A Celebration of Stein Collecting

This year’s convention offers a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow collectors, renew old friendships, make new ones, and share knowledge about the fascinating world of beer steins.

Throughout the convention, attendees can look forward to:

  • Educational presentations and lectures on steins, their history, manufacturers, and traditions
  • Collector-to-collector trading and discussion
  • Dealer and auction opportunities
  • Special convention events and social gatherings
  • Tours and excursions exploring Covington and nearby Cincinnati
  • Plenty of opportunities to share stories, knowledge, and the enjoyment of collecting

Discover Covington & Cincinnati

Our convention location provides a unique setting for this milestone gathering.
